IARU-DF style events.......Past and proposed: ***STOP PRESS*** ****2007 ARDF Festival **** 26/27/28 May near Ludlow Hi Everyone, I'm not sure if you have heard about the ARDF Festival which is taking place in Shropshire over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend. There are three events on the three days. Things kick off with an 80m foxoring event at Titterstone Clee Hill on the 26th May. Hunt down ten or more very low power transmitters spread over the area. On the Sunday the action moves west to Bucknell Wood for an 80m competition with the usual 5 transmitters set up in the woods. Older competitors are not expected to hunt all five! Finally on the Monday, the 2m event will be held at Brampton Bryan. The event is being run in association with an orienteering event so there will be a good evening programme of entertainment and a camp site has been organised.
